Job summary

Yamaha Motor US is seeking a Training Coordinator for our Marietta, GA facility to support training initiatives across dealer and internal teams. This role involves extensive LMS management, report generation, and class verification to ensure smooth execution of online and instructor-led training.

Key duties include troubleshooting LMS issues, processing activations, loading training modules, and coordinating class logistics with the training team.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience helping clients and customers with problems over the phone while using a computer.
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
• LMS experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interact via phone and email with dealers and field staff to troubleshoot and analyze training issues in the LMS.
• Run, edit, create and streamline LMS reports for the manager to monitor registrations and compliance.
• Handle daily LMS activations and deactivations.
• Load and verify training modules, courses, and classes in the LMS (SumTotal).
• Assist ILT class processes including check-in, diploma support and follow-up in the LMS.
