Job summary

RSI EnTech, LLC is seeking an LMS Operations & Training Program Lead to oversee site-wide training, supervise support staff, and serve as SME for the LMS. The role blends operational leadership, system administration, and instructional support to align with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

The position focuses on program implementation, data integrity, and collaboration with site safety to meet complex, industrial training needs across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in training operations or instructional support.
• Minimum 2 years administering or supporting a modern LMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead training program leadership and administration, supervise staff, and coordinate large-scale training logistics.
• Act as system owner and SME for the LMS, manage integrations and upgrades, and ensure data integrity.
