Job summary

Two Six Technologies is seeking a Corporate Training Coordinator to support our learning and development initiatives from our Arlington or Herndon office. You will manage training logistics, LMS administration, and vendor coordination to ensure programs run smoothly.

You will curate virtual training materials, analyze feedback, and communicate opportunities through newsletters and intranet channels. This role blends organization, tech savvy, and people skills in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a coordinator role (HR, L&D, Event Planning, or Administrative support)
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (Skillsoft preferred), virtual training creation platforms (EasyGenerator), Training Reporting, Google/Box Suite
• Exceptional time-management skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, attend to details, and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics for all training sessions, including scheduling, booking rooms or virtual links, sending invitations, and distributing materials
• Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS); upload content, enroll employees, track completion rates, troubleshoot minor technical issues
• Act as primary contact for training vendors and internal workshops; ensure they have what they need to succeed
• Gather feedback post-training via surveys, compile evaluation data, and generate reports to improve programs
• Keep the company informed about upcoming learning opportunities through newsletters, Slack channels, or intranet updates
• Build virtual training content and assist in formatting and updating training manuals, decks, and digital resources
