Qualifications

• 1+ years in a coordinator role (HR, L&D, Event Planning, or Administrative support).
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Skillsoft preferred) and virtual training tools.
• Strong time-management, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end training logistics, including scheduling, room bookings, and virtual links.
• Maintain and update the LMS, enroll employees, track completion, and troubleshoot basics.
• Serve as primary contact for training vendors and internal workshops.
• Collect post-training feedback, generate reports, and drive program improvements.
• Communicate learning opportunities via newsletters, Slack, or intranet.
• Curate and format virtual training content and update training materials.
