Job summary

FSA Federal is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and administer workforce development programs, aligning with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Under the Knowledge Manager, you will implement learning paths and professional development initiatives to ensure employee readiness and growth.

You will collaborate with supervisors, subject matter experts, and Human Capital Management to update content, manage LMS, create e-learning materials, and report on training metrics,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, Education, Instructional Design, OD, BA).
• 3–5 years of experience in training, L&D, or knowledge management.
• Experience creating, publishing, and maintaining e-learning content and LMS materials.
• Experience administering an LMS and maintaining training records.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain corporate training programs and workforce development initiatives.
• Coordinate onboarding, qualification, proficiency, certification, and recurring training.
• Manage LMS content, enrollments, learner records, and reporting.
• Monitor completion rates and compliance requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain e-learning content compatible with SCORM/AICC/LMS.
• Create and maintain course materials, job aids, guides, assessments, presentations, videos, knowledge resources.
• Update training content to reflect organizational, customer, regulatory, and system changes.
• Partner with SMEs to translate expertise into learning assets.
• Coordinate practitioner-led training sessions, workshops, communities of practice.
• Assist with development of role-based learning paths and professional development programs.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to improve engagement and retention.
• Serve as a training resource for employees and supervisors.
