Job summary

Consulting Solutions in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled LMS Administrator to support the development, delivery, evaluation, and ongoing maintenance of training programs.

You will serve as the LMS super user, create reports and analytics, and provide general training and program support while collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective LMS setup and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree.
• Five (5) years of experience or equivalent job-related experience.
• Experience utilizing a Learning Management System in an administrative capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to identify users’ needs, analyze and logically organize and recommend a solution.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple, complex projects; strong project management and follow-up skills; strong ability to multi-task and continually prioritize changing project tasks/deliverables.
• Demonstrated human relations skills, e.g., influencing skills and listening skills, to deal effectively with all levels of management and employees.
• Effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented focus.
• Customer service orientated and ability to work in a team environment.
