Job summary

Primary Talent Partners, LLC seeks a Tech Training Specialist I (LMS Super User) in Charlotte, NC on a 12-month W2 contract. The role focuses on LMS administration, reporting, and program support to optimize PGO technical training and continuing education.

The candidate will lead LMS configuration, develop reports, and collaborate with internal stakeholders while ensuring effective training delivery and compliance. ACA-supplemental package available; no PTO included.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Learning Management System in an administrative capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to identify users’ needs, analyze and logically organize and recommend a solution.
• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple, complex projects; strong project management and follow-up skills; strong ability to multi-task and continually prioritize changing project tasks/deliverables.
• Demonstrated human relations skills, e.g., influencing skills and listening skills, to deal effectively with all levels of management and employees.
• Effective communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented focus.
• Customer service oriented and ability to work in a team environment.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Self-directed
• Five (5) years of experience or equivalent job-related experience

Responsibilities

• Serves as the LMS super user for PGO enterprise-wide training.
• Utilizes effective communication to provide LMS leadership.
• Develops custom reports and analytics.
• Provides general training and program support.
• The role requires strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to present creative solutions and understand how to orient tasks to create efficient workflow within the parameters established by the PGO organization.
