Job summary

eTeam is seeking a Learning Management System (LMS) Subject Matter Expert to optimize Cornerstone LMS for technical training, progression, and continuing education. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate training, develop reports, and provide system guidance and support.

You will configure and troubleshoot LMS functions, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Learning Management System in an administrative capacity.
• Ability to identify users’ needs, analyze and recommend solutions.
• Strong project management and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize changing tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused.
• Associate’s Degree and five years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LMS super user for enterprise-wide training; schedule configuration changes, validation, and maintenance; perform QA testing and provide support.
