Company introductionWe are seeking talented professionals to join our training and development team.Role summary / purposeThis position serves as a subject matter expert in the use, administration, and optimization of the Learning Management System for technical training, progression, and continuing education programs. The role requires demonstrated proficiency using Cornerstone LMS, including the ability to configure, maintain, validate, troubleshoot, and support LMS functionality to ensure training programs are delivered accurately, consistently, and in alignment with business and compliance requirements. As the LMS SME, this position partners with internal stakeholders to provide guidance, reporting, documentation, and system support that enables effective training execution and continuous improvement.Key responsibilitiesServes as the LMS super user for enterprise-wide training (60%)Creates, maintains and executes a schedule of LMS configuration changes, validation and maintenance tasks to ensure seamless delivery of courses and programsPerforms quality assurance testing on all pre and post application implementationsProvides LMS technical support and advanced troubleshootingUtilizes effective communication to provide LMS leadership (20%)Enhances learning by effectively communicating and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure optimal and standard use of LMS toolsDevelops and maintains current documentation for the LMS portfolio and leads LMS change initiativesProvides LMS permissions and training to LMS AdministratorsActs as a liaison between training groupsDevelops custom reports and analytics (10%)Creates custom reports for stakeholders monitoring and evaluating course effectiveness, including completion rates, test score trends, and participants' feedbackProvides general training and program support (10%)Supports, develops, and maintains SharePoint sites and Portal pages that support training and department access pointsPerforms other duties as assigned that support the overall objectives of the departmentRequirements – education & experienceAssociate's DegreeFive (5) years of experience or equivalent job-related experienceExperience utilizing a Learning Management System in an administrative capacityDemonstrated ability to identify users' needs, analyze and logically organize and recommend a solutionDemonstrated ability to work on multiple, complex projects with strong project management and follow-up skillsStrong ability to multi-task and continually prioritize changing project tasks and deliverablesDemonstrated human relations skills, including influencing and listening skills, to deal effectively with all levels of management and employeesRequired skillsEffective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented focusCustomer service oriented and ability to work in a team environmentMS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Self-directedStrong organizational skills and keen attention to detailNice-to-have / preferred skillsProficient utilizing e-learning software (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia, etc.)E-learning design and development methodsAbility to recognize the need for new or different systems, programs, or applications and selection of appropriate alternatives to solve problemsDemonstrated ability to facilitate small to medium groups for workshops and capturing of critical informationDemonstrated ability to facilitate groups and presentationsEmployment details – type, location, hoursTwo roles available in Charlotte or Raleigh locations.
