Job summary

Joyell Arscott Consulting Services (JACS) seeks a Subject Matter Expert - Learning Management Systems to design, implement, and administer LMS platforms. This role provides expert guidance for selecting and optimizing LMS solutions to support organizational learning initiatives.

The candidate will handle configuration, data migration, user training, and policy development to ensure governance and effective learning programs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of instructional design principles and best practices for online learning.
• Experience in developing and delivering training materials.
• Familiar with integrating multimedia content, assessments, and interactive features into LMS courses.
• Experience in user management, content management, system maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong project management skills to oversee LMS implementation projects and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance in the selection, implementation, and optimization of LMS platforms to support learning initiatives.
• LMS selection, configuration, and customization to meet organizational needs.
• Implementation and deployment of LMS platforms, including data migration and user training.
• Develop and implement LMS policies, procedures, and standards for governance of learning programs.
• Technical support and troubleshooting to LMS users, instructors, learners, and admins.
• Monitor and evaluate LMS usage and learning program effectiveness; recommend improvements.
• Provide training and capacity building for LMS admins and instructors on course design, delivery, and assessment.
