Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems is seeking a Training Systems Administrator to serve as a primary SME for the LMS (Oracle). You will manage all LMS admin activities, coordinate with Training leaders, and enhance training content across the organization.

You will collaborate with IT and HR to implement content, deliver LMS training, and develop SOPs and reports to measure training effectiveness. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of LMS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience administering, modifying, and enhancing a learning management system.
• Knowledge of adult learning concepts and methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate discussions regarding technical capabilities and processes.
• Excellent planning and organization skills; ability to manage multiple training projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand all features and functionality of our in-house LMS (Oracle).
• Collaborate with Director of Training and Training Developer to manage training content.
• Communicate status and progress of training content management to stakeholders.
• Assist IT, HR, and other departments in LMS content implementation.
• Develop and deliver training on LMS best practices and usage.
• Create SOPs around LMS Administration and intake forms for service requests.
• Develop communications plans for LMS status and downtimes.
• Use LMS capabilities and adult learning theory to drive process improvements.
• Perform workflow customization, automation, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Use training data metrics to identify trends and recommendations to improve learner experience.
