Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking an experienced Learning Management Specialist to manage daily Docebo operations and ensure reliable delivery of organization-wide learning initiatives. You will support users, handle LMS administration, and oversee QA across content launches.

The ideal candidate combines technical LMS proficiency with strong communication and organizational skills, collaborating with HRIS, cross-functional teams, and content creators to optimize learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, instructional design, instructional technology, management information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in LMS administration, learning technology, or technical support.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Docebo administration; 2 years preferred.
• Proficient with LMS management tools and technologies, including content authoring, database management, authentication, integrations, analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily LMS administration and configuration to optimize functionality and user experience.
• Provide first-line user support, investigate root causes, and escalate technical issues as needed.
• Review system configurations, test learner journeys, and ensure launch readiness for new content and features.
• Stay informed about LMS trends and communicate upcoming enhancements to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with content owners to align courses with business strategies and governance.
• Upload, organize, and configure learning content and paths; perform quality checks.
• Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions with accuracy and security.
• Monitor user activity, validate data accuracy, and generate reports for decision-making.
