The Learning Systems specialist role drives administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of BBH’s learning technology. You will manage the LMS, online content platforms, and related tools, partnering with Talent & Development to deliver high-quality learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have experience managing learning technologies such as LMS/LXP/content libraries.
• Docebo administrator certification and credentialing preferred.
• Cross-functional collaboration with IT, course owners, and vendors is essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage LMS enhancements, integrations, and functionality.
• Develop and maintain a learning technology roadmap for LMS and platforms.
• Act as subject matter expert; advise on course design, content deployment, and learning pathways.
