Job summary

CAVA’s Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator will own Docebo and related platforms, ensuring reliable operation, governance, and integrations across our distributed workforce. You will drive platform improvements and governance, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver a scalable learning experience for store teams and corporate employees.

You will partner with Learning + Development, IT and People + Culture to deliver data‑driven insights, develop dashboards, and lead platform

Qualifications

• Five or more years of LMS or learning technology administration.
• Experience evaluating and optimizing LMS platforms.
• Experience supporting LMS implementations, migrations or significant optimizations.
• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis skills, including dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Docebo administration and user provisioning, permissions and enrollments.
• Partner with Learning + Development, IT and People + Culture to define governance and data standards.
• Lead LMS integrations, vendor communications and platform enhancements.
• Develop recurring dashboards and reports on adoption, completion and engagement; translate insights into actions.
