Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking an Associate Manager for Content Production & Delivery, LMS, to own LMS workflows and ensure reliable delivery across Canvas and related formats. You will collaborate across Content Production, Editorial, Quality Review and Technology, mentoring colleagues and improving automation.

You will focus on course configuration, semantic content organization, accessibility, and cross‑system LMS configuration, driving scalable publishing processes and standards across CFA

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in content production or publishing operations with ownership of complex workflows.
• Working knowledge of Canvas or similar LMS including course configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong practical knowledge of HTML/CSS, diagnosing course layout accessibility issues.
• Experience with Common Cartridge and QTI or similar standards for packaging learning content.
• Ability to design, test and implement publishing process improvements and automation.
• Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues in production processes and technical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own LMS content production health and quality, focusing on Canvas, course configuration, HTML/CSS styling and lesson assembly.
• Ensure consistent structure, presentation and behaviour across LMS courses.
• Improve workflows transforming content from Word through XML/RSuite into PDF, EPUB and LMS outputs.
• Diagnose and resolve complex content transformation and rendering issues to prevent recurrences.
• Design and implement improvements to publishing automation within existing standards.
• Provide guidance and training across content management and production workflows.
