Job summary

International Executive Service Corps is seeking a Content Manager to oversee the company's LCMS and lifecycle of learning content. You will act as the system administrator and SME, establishing standards, governance, and processes to ensure quality and consistency across courses.

Collaborate with instructional designers and learning technology staff to streamline content development, publishing, and governance, while exploring AI-enabled improvements and accessibility considerations.

Qualifications

• Experience with LCMS or similar content management platforms.
• Ability to define and document content standards, templates, and governance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of learning content from authoring to retirement.
• Establish and maintain content governance standards and metadata.
• Coordinate testing during LCMS releases and communicate changes.
• Serve as primary contact with LCMS vendor for issues and updates.
• Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs for content processes.
• Guide content creators on LCMS functionality and standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve content quality, efficiency, and scalability.
• Support AI-enabled content management initiatives and standards.
