Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking an Associate Manager, Localization Production & Delivery to own the day-to-day health and continuous improvement of localization workflows for print and digital learning. You will work with XML publishing, InDesign and Typefi to deliver localized PDFs, eBooks, and Canvas course content at scale, applying accessibility standards and ensuring quality across languages.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with localization production workflows.
• Experience producing localized learning content (PDFs/eBooks/LMS).
• Familiarity with XML-based publishing and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimise localization production workflows across print and digital learning products.
• Oversee readiness and delivery of localized PDFs, ePubs and Canvas content via automated XML publishing workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production, formatting and rendering issues.
• Design, test, and implement improvements to publishing automation and workflows.
• Mentor Content Production Specialists and collaborate with Technology partners.
