Job summary

RSI is seeking an LMS Operations & Training Program Lead to oversee site-wide training operations, direct support staff, and serve as the SME for the Learning Management System. This role integrates operational leadership with system administration to ensure compliant, effective educational delivery across the site.

You will coordinate high-volume training, maintain content, support onboarding, and collaborate with safety managers to align curricula with DOE and site standards.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in training operations or instructional support.
• 2+ years administering modern LMS platforms.
• Experience coordinating high-volume training schedules in complex environments.
• Experience supervising administrative staff and liaising between developers and users.
• Associate degree or higher, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead training program operations and administer LMS for the site.
• Direct training support staff and mentor teammates.
• Develop and deploy training programs aligned with regulatory and safety standards.
• Schedule training classes and manage large-scale logistics.
• Create and maintain instructional materials and guides.
• Onboard and mentor new team members to ensure service excellence.
• Offer tiered LMS support and address access/usage issues.
• Define data reporting to track completion rates and curriculum efficacy.
