Job summary

RSI is seeking a Safety Training Specialist / Training POC at our Oak Ridge site to lead end-to-end safety and technical training programs, ensuring 100% compliance with DOE and OSHA standards. The role requires strong administrative, LMS, and project-management skills to maintain audit readiness for a large workforce.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in occupational safety/training, hands-on experience with LMS/EDM systems, and a proven ability to coordinate complex training,

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years in occupational safety or safety training.
• DOE/regulated environment experience preferred.
• Proficient LMS and EDM software.
• Strong budgeting and procurement exposure.
• Excellent public speaking and instructional abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-hazard safety training programs.
• Manage LMS/ETF and track qualifications for 500+ personnel.
• Ensure DOE and OSHA compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead Annual Block Training for 400+ personnel.
• Oversee onboarding and verification of subcontractors.
