Job summary

RAE Corporation is seeking a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Author to develop and deliver training within the Dot Compliance system. You will build training structures, issue training, and ensure audit-ready content through SME collaboration.

This role reports to the Director of Quality and partners with Quality, Safety, HR, and other departments to maintain training programs, align with ISO requirements, and drive training effectiveness on the shop floor and office environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years LMS/training experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs and multiple departments.
• Ability to simplify technical/process information clearly.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Issue and manage training assignments within Dot, tracking enrollment.
• Build, configure, and maintain training protocols and components.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather, review, upload training materials.
• Format and organize training content for clarity and usability.
• Support training plans, job functions, and course structures.
• Ensure content aligns with ISO and audit requirements.
• Track training completion and follow up with departments.
• Assist onboarding training setup and updates.
• Maintain training records in Dot.
• Provide user support for LMS questions.
• Identify opportunities to improve training processes.
• Work with Quality, Safety, HR and others on training.
