Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years LMS administration experience.
• 3–5 years supporting a fast-paced contact center environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Administer, maintain, and optimize the LMS.
• Manage user accounts, learning assignments, certifications, and learning paths.
• Troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendor support, and test upgrades.
