Job summary

LAGOS is seeking a Learning Systems & Development Specialist to design, develop, implement, and maintain learning programs across the organization. You will administer the LMS, manage learning records, oversee certifications, and partner with SMEs and leaders to deliver engaging, scalable training aligned with business goals.

This role supports onboarding, product education, sales enablement, leadership development, and compliance training, while measuring learning effectiveness and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
• 2–5 years in learning & development or similar.
• Experience administering an LMS.
• Experience creating eLearning content using Articulate 360 or Captivate.
• Experience with analytics and reporting in LMS.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS, manage learner profiles and access.
• Publish and maintain learning curricula and assignments.
• Provide LMS support and coordinate vendor services.
• Design and develop training content including eLearning modules.
• Track certifications and renewal cycles.
• Develop dashboards and reports on training metrics.
