Job summary

ERock is seeking an LMS Administrator in Houston to manage the enterprise LMS, courses, learner records and reporting. You will publish learning content, govern naming standards, and support data-driven insights for leaders.

You will coordinate training calendars, registrations, and event logistics, while maintaining data accuracy and producing reports. Collaboration with the instructional designer and analytics teams is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, HR, Education, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in learning and development or LMS administration.
• Foundational LMS understanding including course management and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organization and coordination for training schedules and events.
• Ability to organize and validate data and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator of the enterprise LMS, managing courses, learner records, completions, and user support.
• Publish and maintain learning content in the LMS with governance and naming standards.
• Monitor training records, ensure data accuracy, and generate completion reports.
• Coordinate Talent Development training calendars, registrations, facilities, catering, and logistics.
• Collect data and help define reporting requirements; collaborate on Power BI dashboards.
• Maintain routine reports and dashboards and translate results for leaders.
• Support the Instructional Designer with content organization and updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve learning systems and participant experience.
