Eagle Harbor, LLC in Albuquerque, NM seeks a detail-oriented LMS Administrator (Training Liaison) to bridge NTC training and IT/DevOps. You will oversee Workday Learning LMS, develop reports, manage bulk data uploads, and translate training needs into technical specs for DevOps.

On-site role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will provide Tier II support, enable end-users, and support Help Center operations while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• 4+ years of LMS administration, IT helpdesk, or data reporting experience.
• Bridge communication between non-technical training stakeholders and technical teams.
• Hands-on experience creating, scheduling, and troubleshooting SQL-based reports.

Responsabilités

• Tier II LMS escalations: investigate and resolve advanced Workday Learning issues.
• NTC student & user support via Jira tickets, email, phone, or in-person.
• Execute admin actions in line with IT security guidelines and SOPs.
• Act as liaison between training staff and IT/DevOps engineers for system enhancements.
• Collaborate with DevOps to troubleshoot data sync, workflow failures, and reporting infrastructure.
• Train stakeholders on self-service reporting and data interpretation.
