Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking an LMS/KMS Administrator to manage daily operations of the Learning Management System and Knowledge Management System. The role focuses on deployment, configuration, user support, and ongoing improvements across the enterprise.

Responsibilities include creating learning paths, coordinating upgrades, auditing functionality, and generating engagement reports while enhancing the user experience and integrating external systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience managing LMS and knowledge management platforms.
• Ability to translate business needs into learning experiences.
• Strong data security and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation of LMS/KMS including deployment, user management, and system configuration
• Create and maintain learning paths for users across enterprise with partners
• Audit LMS/KMS functionality and coordinate upgrades and patches
• Develop training materials and facilitate user training as needed
• Monitor engagement and generate reports on LMS/KMS effectiveness
• Improve UX and contribute to evaluating new learning technologies
