Responsibilities

• Execute the migration of Learning Management System (LMS) courses from the legacy HealthStream platform to the new Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning, Development, and Redwood Experience environment.
• Conduct detailed reviews of each transferred course to optimize instructional design and ensure maximum learning speed using Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning LMS utilities.
• Research and design comprehensive professional development courses that align with SBUH's strategic goals and organizational objectives.
• Provide administrative and technical support for the LMS, including data entry, user registration, and session scheduling to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Analyze complex data sets to formulate evidence-based recommendations for program objectives and curriculum content.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of existing training modules and implement necessary curriculum changes to maintain high educational standards.
