Job summary

NLACRC is seeking a Training Specialist II to manage training transcripts, serve as an instructional designer, and support NSO onboarding. You will maintain the LMS front-end, collaborate with the LMS developer, and coordinate in-person trainings with other departments to optimize learner experiences.

Responsibilities include leading LMS administration, preparing KPI reports, and developing both online and in-person training materials aligned with agency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of related training and LMS administrator experience.
• Instructional Design Certification.
• Training and Facilitation Certification or 2–5 years in training facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training transcripts and LMS data for staff.
• Participate as a trainer in NSO training and other programs.
• Design and develop eLearning and in-person trainings using ADDIE.
• Lead administrator of LMS, training library, and platforms.
