Job summary

QuikStor seeks an Instructional Designer to own how the company teaches its customers and employees. You will design, build, and maintain a comprehensive learning program, manage the LMS end-to-end, and partner with product, support, and implementation to convert product knowledge into structured curricula.

You will develop assessments, certification paths, onboarding content, and ensure content stays current with every product update.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of instructional design or learning and development experience with an e-learning portfolio.
• Hands-on LMS administration including course setup, paths, enrollments and reporting.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or Camtasia.
• Strong grounding in ADDIE or SAM and adult learning principles.
• Excellent writing/editing to convert expert knowledge into concise lessons.
• Willingness to learn our software deeply and train B2B customers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain training for customers and internal teams (e-learning, video tutorials, guides, assessments).
• Own the LMS end-to-end: publishing, learning paths, enrollments, user management, reporting.
• Collaborate with product, support, and implementation teams to structure curricula from SME content.
• Keep training content current with product releases and updates.
• Create onboarding curricula for new customers and hires.
• Develop assessments and certification paths; track effectiveness via data.
