Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales development (BDR/SDR), customer success, or tech support.
• Comfortable with cold outreach, phone sales, and overcoming initial client rejection.
• Quick to learn software systems; comfortable digging into LMS settings, user permissions, and data reports.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you can explain tech to non-tech people easily.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration: manage user access, create branches, assign courses, and troubleshoot client issues; run reports.
• Business Development: prospect, cold call, and email potential B2B clients; schedule and coordinate live demos.
• Product expertise: maintain knowledge of the eLearning catalog to handle objections and highlight features to prospects.
