Job summary

700Credit is seeking an LMS Onboarding Specialist to support clients on our LMS platform from our Southfield, MI headquarters. You will manage migrations end-to-end, ensuring client success, effective communication, and strong relationship management throughout the process.

The role requires excellent client service, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project completion and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple demands effectively.
• Comfortable in a performance-based, structured environment.
• Experience with LMS migrations and implementations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through LMS training and migration to ensure high adoption of the platform.
• Follow migration standards and document project plans for setup and training.
• Handle LMS support cases as they arise.
• Manage Adverse Action inquiries from dealer clients' consumers and assist with disputes as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to share priorities and timelines.
• Record all client communications for reference and reporting.
• Drive project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Identify referral opportunities for compliance solutions during dealer interactions.
• Support team collaboration and assist colleagues as needed.
• Own end-to-end client migrations and serve as the primary contact during the process.
• Escalate client concerns and facilitate internal communications during training and migration.
