Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through process improvement during training and migration.
• Follow migration standards and documentation for setup and training.
• Handle LMS support cases as they arise.
• Address Adverse Action inquiries from dealer clients' consumers and assist with disputes.
• Coordinate across setup, implementation, support, and customer success teams.
• Track client communications for reference and reporting.
• Drive project completion and customer satisfaction.
• Surface referral opportunities for compliance solutions during dealer interactions.
• Support team collaboration and act as a positive team member.
• Manage client migrations end-to-end with management and team involvement.
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the migration process.
• Manage escalations and internal communications during training and migration.
