700Credit is seeking a Client Training Associate to join our team at our headquarters in Southfield, MI. You will support client training on our LMS platform, guide migrations, and serve as the primary point of contact for dealers throughout the process.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, client‑service environment with a focus on success metrics and adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client service environment is preferred.
• Strong client relationship skills with the ability to manage multiple demands.
• Comfortable in a performance-based, structured environment with high ethical standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
• Experience with LMS migration and dealership processes is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through process improvement during LMS training and migration to ensure client adoption of the software.
• Adhere to installation standards, project plans, and documentation for successful training.
• Manage LMS support cases.
• Address Adverse Action inquiries from dealer clients' consumers.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and track client communications.
• Drive project completion and elicit customer satisfaction.
• Identify referral opportunities for compliance solutions during dealer interactions.
• Own client migrations end-to-end and serve as primary contact.
