Responsibilities

• Client Support & LMS Administration: manage LMS users, assign courses, build sub-branches, troubleshoot issues.
• Reporting: pull and analyze data to show usage and course completion.
• Client Coordination: act as primary contact for current customers making admin adjustments.
• Business Development & Outbound Sales: prospect, cold call, and email potential B2B clients; schedule demos; demonstrate platform.
