Job summary

RELX INC is seeking an Enablement Technology Systems Administrator to own the administration and continuous improvement of learning platforms, especially Docebo, and related technologies. You will partner with stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to deploy solutions supporting sales enablement, training, onboarding, and certification.

The role requires strong platform administration, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to evolve learning tech with business needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years administering enterprise software platforms (LMS, CRM, CMS, knowledge mgmt).
Experience with user access, governance, data quality, lifecycle mgmt.
Proficiency in SSO, SAML, SCIM, provisioning workflows, and identity mgmt.
Experience with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and automation tooling.
HTML/CSS for platform customization and UX improvements.
Strong analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as LMS primary administrator ensuring stability, security, and performance.
Configure platform settings, roles, permissions, governance, and data integrity.
Design and enhance learning programs, workflows, and automations.
Manage system integrations, authentication, and identity management solutions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable tech solutions.
Monitor health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors.
Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to drive adoption.
Evaluate AI-enabled learning tools to improve efficiency and engagement.
