Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) seeks a Learning Systems specialist in a hybrid role based in Boston, NY, or NJ. The role administers the LMS, optimizes platforms, and leads learning tech improvements to support Talent & Development.

You will partner with IT, course owners, and vendors to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Required: 7+ years managing learning technologies (LMS/LXP), Docebo experience with preferred Docebo certification, and a related bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing learning technologies such as LMS, LXP, content libraries, assessment platforms, or virtual learning tools.
• Docebo administrator certification and credentialing preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage new enhancements, integrations, and functionality for the LMS and associated learning platforms.
• Develop and maintain a learning technology roadmap for LMS and associated learning platforms.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal IT and communication teams to implement and communicate system updates, upgrades, and new features.
• Research industry trends and recommend new tools, functionalities, or technologies that can improve learning delivery and user experience.
• Act as subject matter expert and consult with Talent & Development, course owners, and employees on how to effectively use learning systems and technologies.
• Provide guidance on best practices for course design, content deployment, and learning pathway development within the LMS.
