Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced LMS Administrator to own the technical aspects of the Docebo platform across multiple business units and locations. You will manage configurations, learning plans, catalogs, groups, and permissions, while designing scalable enrollment strategies and automated workflows.

Collaborating with Instructional Designers, the Learning Analyst, and stakeholders, you will implement integrations via the Docebo API, create custom scripts, and develop reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Learning Technologies, CS, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience administering an enterprise LMS.
• Advanced experience with Docebo or comparable LMS.
• Experience with APIs and building automations/scripts.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize the Docebo LMS across enterprise
• Maintain learning plans, catalogs, groups, notifications, and user permissions
• Develop automated workflows and integrations to improve efficiency and reduce manual admin
• Build custom reporting and data pipelines for enterprise insights
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and stakeholders to publish training materials
