Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years hands-on experience administering enterprise software platforms (LMS, enablement platforms, CRM, CMS).
• Experience managing user access, permissions, governance, data quality, and lifecycle processes.
• Strong knowledge of authentication technologies and enterprise identity management (SSO, SAML, SCIM).
• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, integrations, automation, and workflow tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for platform customization and UX improvements.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and analytics to drive platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary LMS administrator ensuring platform stability, security, and user satisfaction.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize platform settings, roles, permissions, and governance.
• Lead design and enhancement of learning programs, workflows, and automations.
• Manage system integrations and identity management solutions.
• Gather requirements with stakeholders to deliver scalable tech solutions.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for improvements.
• Develop reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights and track performance.
• Evaluate AI-enabled learning technologies to boost efficiency and engagement.
