Job summary

Jobtailor in McLean, VA is seeking an LMS Administrator to support Docebo LMS and related learning technologies across a 15,000+ learner organization. You will provide frontline user support and work with learners on platform experiences.

You will troubleshoot issues, research root causes, and create scalable improvements through automation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and reporting trends to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 1 year of LMS administration or related support experience.
• Experience with Docebo LMS or similar LMS.
• Experience with Google Suite, Slack, ServiceNow, and Zoom.
• Familiarity with learning content operations and lifecycle management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional LMS user support for One Learn and related learning technologies.
• Assist learners with questions related to learning platforms and experiences.
• Provide troubleshooting for technical issues within learning technologies.
• Research issues and provide solutions.
• Interface with learners through Slack and ServiceNow.
• Maintain a question-and-answer dataset for an automated bot.
• Provide reports to system administrators and leadership on trends and satisfaction.
• Identify trends, root causes, and drive proactive, scalable improvements through automation and other solutions.
• Collaborate in a highly cross-functional environment.
