Job summary

RELX is seeking an Enablement Technology Systems Administrator to own and optimize learning platforms, with a primary focus on Docebo and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions for sales enablement, customer training, onboarding and certification.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on admin experience, strong identity management, SSO/SAML/SCIM, APIs, HTML/CSS, and solid reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on admin for enterprise software platforms (LMS, CRM, CMS, or similar).
• Experience managing user access, permissions, governance, data quality, and lifecycle processes.
• Strong knowledge of authentication tech including SSO, SAML, SCIM, and provisioning workflows.
• HTML/CSS skills for platform customization and user experience improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary LMS administrator, ensuring platform stability, security, and performance.
• Configure settings, roles, permissions, governance, and data integrity processes.
• Lead design and enhancement of learning programs and automation aligned with business goals.
• Manage integrations, authentication services, SSO, SAML, and SCIM provisioning.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, programs, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for improvements.
• Develop reporting, dashboards, and analytics to enable data-driven decisions.
• Evaluate AI-enabled learning technologies to improve efficiency and engagement.
