Qualifications

• One or more years in admin or LMS/EHS support.
• Experience administering LMS or HRIS is highly desired.
• Experience with employee records and data reporting preferred.
• Rail/industrial safety industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS and EHS systems and maintain records.
• Monitor training assignments and ensure completion.
• Enter and reconcile training records from multiple sources.
• Generate training and safety reports and metrics.
• Support content and documentation for LMS courses.
• Coordinate training logistics and maintain confidentiality.
• Respond to system inquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Identify data accuracy improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
