Job summary

JS is seeking an EHS & Learning Systems Specialist to coordinate Environmental, Health & Safety management systems and enterprise-wide training strategy. You will lead ISO 45001/14001 compliance, develop competency frameworks, and partner with operations to maintain a safe work environment.

You will drive a culture of safety through effective training, manage LMS platforms, and collaborate with site EHS teams on continuous improvement and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in safety, environment, HR, or training.
• 5+ years in EHS, training, or related function.
• ISO 45001 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own EHS management systems and compliance, including ISO 45001/14001.
• Design and execute a company-wide training strategy and competency matrices.
• Oversee incident investigations, RCA, and corrective actions.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to foster a proactive safety culture.
• Manage EHS and training data, dashboards, and continuous improvement.
