Job summary

RES in Weatherford, TX is seeking a Field Training Administrator to manage training records in the LMS, support Cornerstone certification, and oversee apprenticeship materials while coordinating with the Operational Workforce Management team. This role is office-based.

Responsibilities include reconciling training data, resolving discrepancies, entering records into LMS, and generating custom reports to ensure training compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; BA/BS preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in data gathering, entry and reporting.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and LMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile training data to support HSQE and client needs.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in training records with teams.
• Analyze and report discrepancies in training docs for accuracy.
• Manage training ID process, verification, printing and shipping.
• Enter field training records into LMS and generate reports.
• Coordinate externally sourced safety training and PO processing.
• Build, format and deliver custom site training reports.
• Provide guidance on safety and technical training processes.
• Assist with Cornerstone certification and LMS certifications.
• Maintain documentation of training inquiries and respond promptly.
