Job summary

Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to administer the LMS, design online content, and support live and virtual trainings. The position involves coordinating training initiatives, data reporting, and ensuring effective delivery of e-learning programs.

The role requires 5+ years in L&D, 3+ years LMS admin, and proficiency with tools like Articulate Storyline/ Rise, Camtasia, and Captivate. Hybrid work with a Chatsworth HQ base offered.

Qualifications

• Education: BA/BS in Business, HR, Training, Education, Organizational Development, Communications or related field.
• Experience: minimum 5 years in learning and development, instructional design, or related field; 3 years LMS administration with tier 1 support.
• Technical: proficiency with MS Office; comfortable with learning platforms and data reporting tools; experience with Zoom or Teams.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration (35%): manage LMS, user support, troubleshooting.
• E-Learning Design and Development (35%): create and update online content using authoring tools.
• Learning Facilitation and Training Support (15%): deliver and facilitate live/virtual trainings.
• Other duties (≤5%): participate in meetings and complete assigned tasks.
