Job summary

Zoetis seeks an Associate Administrator for the Learning Management System (LMS) to support the Training Quality System and regulatory compliance. You will administer and maintain the LMS, manage user accounts, enrollments, and permissions, and configure settings and workflows to ensure reliable training delivery.

Responsibilities include generating learner reports, supporting audits, and training Team Leads to use the LMS dashboard and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Two years college education or equivalent experience.
• Experience with regulatory GMP GDP GLP compliance and understanding how these regulations apply to the business.
• Skills promoting organization, teamwork, innovative thinking, attention to detail and quality.
• Background in Training and/or basic understanding of the business’s operations.
• Computer experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, SAP, and eLearning tools (Articulate, Storyline).

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of the Training Quality System to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Administer and maintain the LMS platform including user accounts, course enrollment and permissions.
• Configure LMS settings and workflows; monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Generate reports on user activity, course completion and learning outcomes.
• Support audit processes with learner completion reports.
• Train Team Leads to navigate the LMS and use the dashboard and reporting tools.
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping for training requirements and learner history.
• Collaborate with trainers to support course development and deployment.
