Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is seeking a Learning Specialist to manage the LMS (SuccessFactors) and training documentation. You will ensure compliance, audit readiness, and effective support for managers and learners across the site.

Responsibilities include content control, NEO coordination with HR, and providing system expertise while maintaining alignment with global standards. A strong customer-service ethic is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with L&D administration activities and managing data within a Learning Management System.
• Strong proficiency in SuccessFactors and MS Office with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as site expert for SuccessFactors LMS, managing course creation, modifications and obsoletion.
• Provide Tier 1 troubleshooting for system issues and ensure tasks align with security roles and SF Guidebook.
• Coordinate New Employee Orientation (NEO) with HR and SMEs for onboarding.
• Lead periodic review of courses, write and maintain site procedures, and create read-and-sign materials in the quality system.
• Collaborate with site Learning team to align local processes with global standards and support training logistics.
