Job summary

Delta Star Inc. is seeking an LMS Administrator to manage the day-to-day administration, data integrity, and continuous improvement of the company’s Learning Management System.

This role supports workforce development by ensuring accurate, timely, and role-based training, while maintaining reliable training, qualification, and compliance records. Collaboration with HR, Operations, Safety, Quality, and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in learning tech, instructional design, or related field.
• Experience administering a corporate LMS in multi-site environments preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LMS configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Delta Star’s LMS.
• Maintain accurate training records, certifications, and qualifications for employees.
• Develop dashboards and reports for training compliance and workforce readiness.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Environmental Health & Safety, Quality, and Operations to meet compliance needs.
• Provide user support and training materials for LMS users and site teams.
