Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA, is seeking an LMS Administrator & QA Tester to support Moodle-based Cyber Range training. Hybrid role with cross-functional collaboration across cloud engineers, ATO specialists, and technical writers.

You will manage users, enrollments, course configurations, and ensure 24/7 access, accessibility compliance, and smooth delivery of courses and labs. Ideal candidates have 3+ years LMS admin and 2+ years QA testing experience, plus Moodle familiarity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years LMS administration experience (Moodle preferred).
• 2+ years QA testing focused on web apps and user experience.
• Proficiency with Moodle or similar open-source LMS.
• Experience with Section 508/WCAG 2.1 accessibility testing.

Responsibilities

• Administer Moodle platform: user management, enrollment, course config.
• Coordinate content upload and integration of materials and virtual labs.
• Validate course functionality from the student perspective.
• Test authentication, SSO, and access controls; troubleshoot LMS issues.
• Create test plans, cases, scripts and QA documentation.
• Monitor learner progress and identify barriers to success.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers, ATO specialists, and writers.
• Support 24/7 hosted training environment and phased transition.
• Assist with ATO maintenance evidence collection.
• Document LMS configurations and admin processes.
