Job summary

Meriton, a national team of experts driving HVAC innovation, is seeking an LMS Administrator. You will administer the LMS, build and maintain eLearning modules, and coordinate internal and external training to support compliance, completion tracking, and course effectiveness for all staff.

You will manage user accounts, course assignments, and system integrations, while ensuring accessibility standards and accurate reporting across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years administering an LMS or supporting training programs.
• Experience building or maintaining eLearning modules in an LMS.
• Proficient with Office 365, including Excel reporting.
• Experience managing timeline-driven projects, course builds and rollouts.
• Strong communication across all levels, including with departments and external providers.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented and customer-service focused.

Responsibilities

• LMS Administration: manage users, courses, paths and system configuration.
• eLearning Development: build and maintain modules, apply WCAG/508 standards.
• Training Coordination: schedule enrollment and coordinate with providers.
• Records & Reporting: maintain training records and generate compliance reports.
