Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in LMS administration, learning operations, or related roles.
• Experience managing learner accounts, courses, curricula, enrollments, completions, and reporting in an LMS.
• Experience supporting training delivery, certification programs, learner communications, scheduling, reporting, or virtual learning.
• Proficiency with eLearning tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, or Camtasia.

Responsibilities

• Administer the LMS including learner accounts, access, courses, curricula, certifications, enrollments, and completion records.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure a high-quality learner experience and system reliability.
• Generate and analyze LMS reports to monitor progress, outcomes, and usage.
• Collaborate with Learning team and stakeholders to configure LMS to meet requirements.
• Support certification programs, communications, scheduling, roster management, and virtual sessions.
• Participate in special projects and process improvements for learning operations.
