Group-IB is seeking an Education operations associate to manage content production and LMS administration. You will collaborate with SMEs and trainers, organize the content lifecycle, and keep the course catalog current.

The role includes publishing learning materials, managing live sessions, and coordinating with design to align branding on the LMS. You will work across content creation, catalog updates, and LMS configurations, ensuring accessibility and proper tagging.

Qualifications

• Experience as Program Coordinator or LMS Administrator.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Comfort with video conferencing, video editing, generative AI, and file management tools.
• LMS hands-on administrator experience.

Responsibilities

• Content Production & Management: coord with SMEs and trainers; prepare visuals; SCORM development; use AI tools for content production.
• Catalog Maintenance: keep content lifecycle current; coordinate with developers for timely updates.
• LMS Administration: manage user permissions, course structures, enrollments, live sessions, reporting.
• Publish and organize learning materials; ensure accessibility, indexing, tagging.
• Manage media assets and branding on LMS in line with company standards.
